Discover more with us about life millions of years ago. On the edge of the Saxon Switzerland region, nestled in the Forellenschänke recreational area and located directly on the border with the Czech Republic, a unique prehistoric park has existed since 1996.

The creator of the Dinosaur Garden Großwelka and the Dinosaur Park Kleinwelka continued his life’s work at the Prehistoric Park Sebnitz with passionate dedication and artistic skill. On a site of more than 10,000 square meters, winding paths lead into the long-vanished world of our prehistoric past. More than 400 sculptures bear witness to this prehistoric era.
